In the last show of the 2010 Edinburgh fringe, the Stoppers told the tale of a love triangle set in the Wild West. The town of Mitchum Creek, near Mitchum Falls in Mitchum County, has not seen a bullet fired in anger for a whole year. But all that is under threat when Dierdre, owner of the Golden Horse Saloon, discovers that her old boyfriend Carmichael, has come out of prison and aims to take her away from her current amour Black Hat Bob.

Two sisters, one crime. In Turkey 1910, a poor village woman enlists the help of two ex-cons to break her sister out of jail and then prove both her innocence and the guilt of the true criminal: the sultan himself.

Friday 27th August.
The wife of a Parisian mortician is increasingly frustrated by her husband’s obsession with his work and the fact he won’t walk the park with her. She is seduced by the Comte de Monteferriat. Eventually he becomes a mime so he can be in the Place des Vosges with her.

In Buckingham palace, three plots collide. The queen is mad and the staff must cover up for her; the Bulgarian maid is having an elicit affair with the Queen’s equerry; and a trio of BUlgarian revolutionaries plots to overthrow the monarchy.

Lord and Lord Charlesworth decide to salvage a sunken 17th century warship, depriving a mermaid community of their ancestral home.
