At the Alton Towers Water Park, Harry Rowntree and his magic hands, have fallen for Clare, but she is having a “Phantasmogorical Oversight” with manager Tony. Chief MacArthur asks Harry to help him build a new ride, the Death Colossus, but Tony and his two hench-folk Susan and Simon, have plans for the land – luxury blocks of flats! The Death Colossus lives up to its name, but who is to blame, and did Harry finally “build something worthwhile?” Psychedelic retro numbers, and huge special effects abound!
