East Moss Side. Gravediggers Tracy and Jim are dealing with a glut of bodies from the poor side of town. Mayor Hargreaves and Councillor Alderton try to discover the source of the problem and in doing so awake the Undead, as tea ladies Joan and Beanie hide mysterious secrets.
