Christmas 2012.In T.K. Maxx’s flagship New York store, Norman Robinson is having a hard time. Still haunted by the disappearance of how wife Norma on Christmas Eve 2006, he is wracked by guilt: having sent her out to fetch coal, he subsequently forgotten about her. Career rival Mr Spooner taunts Norman – although we discover that it was Spooner himself who kidnapped Norma’s frozen but still-living body all those years ago.

Meanwhile, in a TK Maxx in England, a revived Norma is persuaded to fly to New York and seek reunion with her estranged husband. Will the elves survive another gruelling Xmas in Santa’s grotto? Can snowmen really fly?And who does the better Jagger / Tom Jones impersonation? Featuring choreographic assistance from Donovan Workun.
